David has over forty years of recovery & twenty plus years of Internal Family System experience. He has been a professional registered nurse for nearly fifty years. He owns a Life, Addiction & Internal Family System Coaching practice. He is a certified supervisor/senior addiction counselor as well as a certified dual diagnosis counselor. He is Level I, II & III IFS trained as well as advanced Intimacy From Inside Out IFS Counselor. He has been with his wife for over fifty years & they are proud parents of four adult children & seven grandchildren. David is a retired Master Gardener & loves to paint in pastels & watercolors.
Laura Lively is a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner and a Certified Life Coach. Using IFS, Laura healed the Parts of her that used alcohol as well as used IFS to lose over 150 lbs., which she's now kept off for over 3 years. After finally changing lifelong issues with her weight because of the work she did with IFS, she trained and became certified so that she could help others experience healing, as she did.
Achara uses compassionate coaching for complex trauma to support survivors of sexual abuse, racial trauma, religious trauma, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and high-conflict divorce. With over 20 years of experience in mentorship and communication disorders, she is also dedicated to helping clients with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD understand executive functioning skills and the neurological aftereffects of trauma. As a trauma survivor herself, using her education, unique skills of courage and resilience, and lived experience, she is able to provide safe spaces for her clients to be seen and grow into their authentic selves in order to develop secure attachments in relationships.
Adrienne Burton is an intuitive artist and wellness coach who seeks to liberate hearts, minds and bodies for greater ease, connection and joy. With more than 15 years as a facilitator, educator and coach, she cultivates culturally-rich, trauma-informed spaces that weave together elements of internal family systems (IFS), 12-step recovery, art therapy, holistic health and wellness, somatic therapy, meditation, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), sound healing and indigenous spirituality to empower and uplift people of diverse backgrounds toward self-discovery and transformation. Her personal journey in liberation has included addiction and mental health recovery; healing and unburdening traumatized inner parts; regulating her mind and emotions; and prioritizing her own joy. In addition to being a proud mother to her daughter Jasmine, Adrienne is also grateful to grow alongside her loving soulmate and husband Will. She promotes play as a regular self-care practice and her personal joy prescription includes arts and crafts, communing with nature, and nurturing connections with friends and family.
Ryta, who has a Masters in Counselling, did her psychotherapy training in Hakomi Integrative Psychotherapy (with an IFS component). She worked as a clinician in the welfare sector for over 20 years in Alcohol and Other Drugs Agencies, Residential Youth, and Aged Care. Ryta has completed the IFS Circle Training and has had a part time private practice. She has lived experience as a trauma survivor and has been on this planet, mostly in Melbourne, Australia since 1959!

Yanira is Puerto Rico's a Level 2 IFS Practitioner and a complex trauma (cPTSD) survivor. As a Practitioner, Yanira holds a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for individuals who maintain highly functional lives but silently struggle with cPTSD, toxic shame, impostor syndrome, and the psychological and emotional aftereffects that the adverse experiences or trauma have left on their lives.
